<p><strong>Difficult Recipes Digest Poorly</strong></p>
<p>Sure, the common raw recipes you find with lots of flavor-enhancing spices and texture-bettering fats are tasty.  But are they genuinely wholesome for you?</p>
<p>Dr. Douglas Graham, writer of The 80/10/ten Diet program: Balancing Your Wellness, Your Excess weight, and Your Existence, 1 Luscious Bite at a Time, has a great saying (I think it is from the Excellent Wellness System) that:</p>

<p>In other words, although you could be eating “raw” pizza produced up of dehydrated flax seeds, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, agave nectar, salt, etc., you are nevertheless eating a poorly combined, fatty, sugary, salty meal.</p>
<p>Yes, the raw pizza recipes are clearly much better for you than the genuine thing.  But Much better does not mean Wholesome.</p>
<p>I eat raw simply because I want to be healthful and I’m confident you do also.  That is why I consume simple, properly combined raw food recipes that digest easily, fuel my physique, and taste scrumptious.</p>
<p><strong>Are Your Recipes Simple and Healthy or Complex and Junky?</strong></p>
<p>There is an effortless way to come across out if your raw recipes are healthful or not.  Once you finish a meal, simply listen to your entire body.
<p>Is your abdomen gurgly?  Are you bloated?  Are you gassy?  Do you feel numb and/or fatigued?  Do you have an unpleasant taste in your mouth?</p>
